Na'i passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 20th at the age of 79. He was born in Honolulu and raised on Moloka'i prior to attending the Kamehameha Schools, where he graduated with the class of 1949. He was a longtime resident of Kailua, and former member of the Kailua Hawaiian Civic Club.
Na'i shared his Aloha spirit and touched the lives of many, both through his profession as a Marketing Director with Hawaii's Visitor Bureau, and through his love and devotion to family and friends. His good natured humor and genial personality will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Na'i is preceded in death by his wife, Jerine "Jeri", and daughter, Jaylin Doo-Huyser. He is survived by children; Kevin Doo, Robyn Doo-Rehkemper (Rand), Byron Doo (Ronda), Darin Doo, and Owen Doo. Grandchildren: Xavier, Rayson, Brandon, Jayson, Bryson, Ku'ulei and Evan. Also survived by Brother; Kimo Doo (Miko). Sister; Elaine Noa. Brother-in-law; Tommy Kekua and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 9am at St. Anthony's Church, Kailua. Mass: 10am. Private inurnment. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
