Linda Sue Robinson

Linda was born on April 10, 1945 in Iron County, MO the daughter of Gus James Young and Florence Evelyn (Yates) Young. She was united in marriage on April 1, 1987 in Forsyth, MO to Donald Lee Robinson who preceded her in death in 2022. Linda owned and operated Bargain Hunters Furniture & Thrift Store in Jefferson City and Osage Beach. She enjoyed nature and being outdoors. After retirement, she gardened, baked, painted, bird watched and took up crafting.

Survivors include: two sons, Michael Ray Abbott (Mary) of Willard, MO and Thomas Martin Abbott of Jefferson City, MO; two brothers, Ron Charles Young (Carla) of New Florence, MO and Roger Dale Young of Danville, MO; one sister, Brenda Kathleen Kolling (Mike) of Warrenton, MO; four grandchildren, Kelsey Graves, Randi Polowy, Megan Acock and Emily Abbott and one great-grandson, Noah Polowy. She was also preceded in death by her father, Gus Young; her mother, Florence McCreary and her husband, Roy M. McCreary; two brothers, infant brother Gus Young Jr and Danny J. Young; one sister, Christine J Clark and two nephews, Jason Young and David Clark.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10:00 am at Debo Funeral Home in Holts Summit, MO with Rev. Michael Acock officiating. Inurnment will be held in Bull Cemetery in Holts Summit, MO.
