Fred is survived by his daughters Nathalie Blackwell; his grandchildren, Fiona and Tom, Amy and Kyle, Nicholas, Lucy and Timothy and Mikael and his cherished great grandchildren; Zach, Kenzie, Skyla, Aiden, Kayley and Jayda. Predeceased by his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Rogers.
The family will honor his life in a private gathering.
