Sam was preceded in death by his mother, Kimberly Talsma, grandparents Clyde and Kathleen Borgman, and grandfather Leroy Fink Sr.
He is survived by his father Lee and Linda Fink, his grandmother Shirley Jacobs, his step-father Mark Talsma, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sam's family will be honoring him privately.
