Mildred was a member of Faith Christian Reformed Church, where she attended Bible study. She worked in Central Supply at Holland Hospital for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Hermina (Prins) Van Dyke; and 2 brothers, Ted and Marvin Van Dyke.
She is survived by her brothers and sisters: Betty Maness of Pine Bluff, ARK, Dorothy and Carl Meyer of Holland, Darlene and Charles Tebben of Dyer, IN, Donna and Lee Berglund of Spring Lake, Dewey Lee and Debbie Van Dyke of Grandville, Priscilla Van Dyke of Holland;

A funeral service will be 11:00am, Monday, November 28, 2016 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, in Holland. Rev. Tony Louwerse will officiate. Burial will be in East Saugatuck Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, from 10:00am until the time of the service at Lakeshore Memorial Services.
