She was the second of 8 siblings, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Retired in 2017 from Shoemaker, Inc. where she worked in the accounting department. She was organized, very good at budgeting, and the person for getting information to the rest of her large family. She kept track of big life event dates for all of her siblings and their families. She was always willing to help out where she could when someone needed a hand, even if it was in the middle of the night and a sibling needed a hideout place, or those last minute running grandchildren from here to there. Her and her husband, Burt, camped often, locally or on their annual out-of-state trips. She enjoyed watching her family perform at their sports: truck pulls, baseball, volleyball, swimming, and others over the years.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Jean Bosch, sisters Jone Bosch, and Jill (Bosch) Elzinga. Julie is survived by her husband of 48 years Burton “Burt” Bergman, daughter Ina and Jeff Baukema, son Travis and Leah Bergman, and grandchildren Alexandra, Trevor, Isabelle and Savannah Bergman. Julie’s surviving siblings are Jay “Spud” and Mary Bosch, Jack “Harles” Bosch, Joyce Zwagerman, Jeff Bosch, Joe and Karla Bosch, and Jim and Lori Bosch, sister in law Judy Bergman Gritter and brother in law Mark Elzinga. She also has many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins to live with her memory.
