Dave was born in Milwaukee, WI, lived in Kenosha, Wisconsin until he was 9 years old when his family relocated to Northville, MI. He graduated from Northville High School and continued his education at Alma College, where he played football for the Scots and was a member of the TKE Fraternity. Dave loved to cook and entertain; from organizing family poker nights, to football tailgates at MSU football games, and even being the Fantasy Football commissioner. He loved playing golf with family and friends. A Scout BSA and Venturing Leader, Dave was involved in many programs, had a career as a chemist, and was a Catechist at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, where he was a member. Dave was the dreamer and planner for many family adventures that took him, Beth, and the kids to many destinations around the world. He was also CFO and the biggest cheerleader of Beth's dream business “Tulip City Paddle Tours". He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Dave is survived by his wife Beth Felicelli of 21 years; daughter Olivia Felicelli and son Dominic Felicelli; parents Joan and Bill Felicelli; parents-in-law Marilyn and Carl Wagner; sister Lisa (Randy) Prichard; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dave (Prachi) Wagner; and Kristen (Sean) Nader, Sandy Wagner; nephews and nieces Cameron Jensen, Eliza Jensen, and Ava Jensen, Ryan Wagner, and Ava Wagner; many extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Mark Wagner.
A memorial Mass to celebrate Dave’s life will be at 11:00am Friday, January 20, 2023 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 480 152nd Ave., Holland.
Visitation will be from 5-8:00pm Thursday, January 19, 2022 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
Memorial contributions can be made to a scholarship fund for Dave's children through Fifth Third Bank at 403 Butternut Dr. Holland, MI 49424. Checks should be made payable to 'Memorial of David Felicelli'.
