Rick, I just saw the notice of Connie's passing.  I a so sorry to hear this.  The times we had teaching the little ones, in Sunday School is still one of my favorite times.  May God grant you peace and may you feel His presence.  

Connie you are one special lady and will be greatly missed, your smile, your wit, your laugh...you will always be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.  You were amazing to work with and I am very lucky to have met you, worked with you and call you a friend.  

Rick and Family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Commie is an amazing woman and will never be forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear about Connie.  My prayers are with you and the family. I totally loved working with Connie at Haworth.  She was always so kind and helpful.  It seems so unfair to know she didn’t live long enough to enjoy a full retirement.  May God give you his comfort and peace.  

We sure will miss her. When God made Connie, he broke the mold! Thank you so very much for posting the many family photos. Brings up so many happy memories. Family. Always so important to her.

I am very sorry to hear of Connie's passing.  I worked with her at Haworth in the Facilities dept for 5 years. She was a great coworker and friend.  She very much loved her coffee and drank it throughout the day at work. Kind thoughts for her family whom she loved very much.

Connie truly was one of a kind. In the 19 years I have known her I have never heard an unkind word out of her mouth. She was SO patient and kind to me when I came up from the plant and worked beside her, asking her the same questions over and over. And she treated everybody the same, demonstrating the same patience and kindness.  Whether is was over the phone or face to face interaction she always had a ready smile, a hearty laugh and kind eyes. I will miss you dear Friend. Save a place at the table for us!

As cousins who were only 364 days apart in age, we spent a lot of time together at every Windemuller get-together.  Over the years we went on a few vacations together - Massachusetts, Colorado, New Mexico, Las Vegas & Disney Land - and had so much fun.  (Becky and I will always remember seeing "real true live mountain goats" in New Mexico.)  We even lived next door to each in our little "garage houses" for a couple of years.  While we didn't get together much after I moved away from Holland and even after I moved back, it was always great to see you again and was always a happy time.  This is such a loss for us but Heaven is now yours

So sorry to hear about Connie's passing. My sympathy is extended to her family and friends. She will be missed by many. 

There is one more angel in heaven. Her name is Connie B. I met Connie while working at Haworth many years ago. She was a joy to work with.  Connie was a ray of sunshine in an otherwise ordinary day, but Connie was all about her family. Connie was blessed with many loves of her life. Rick was her rock and it was obvious they were meant to be together. I don't think any mother could have been more proud of her sons. Connie's whole being would light up when she shared stories about her grandchildren.  I am proud to call Connie a friend and sister. She will be sorely missed.

Dearest Connie, one of the sweetest persons I have ever known.  Our families have been close her whole life and I am so proud to call her niece.  ❤️ We extend heartfelt condolences to Rick, Ray, Mike, Chuck and their families.  And special thanks to Kacie for her wonderful care of Connie.  God's blessings to all.

Dick and Connie as my kids and I know u as.  Your both lovely people I remember the day I 1st moved in to your upstairs apartment above your home with my children. Everything was peace and everything was comfy. Then things got a little out of control with what I was going through in my life and you guys stood there by my side. We parted ways as I moved away. But we always stayed in touch. Connie you are always great for having a cider with our Dick you're always great for letting my son Bryan ride on the lawn mower with you. Or start fires together. U even helped me with teenager advice. I am so sorry this has happened to you Dick and you as well Connie but I'm glad you are at peace and not suffering anymore. You have a beautiful family and I'm just grateful I knew you for the time we did.  May you rest in peace you beautiful soul and your puppies by your side. ❤

 Oh my goodness I am shocked.  Connie and I worked together at Haworth for many years .  She was a friend and just a super person.   A very fond memory is that she took care of my infant daughter Kate for a night.  Her boys were just dating at the time and had not married.  She told me when I bring Kate to bring lots of pink because she only had boys.  So I packed the laciest and pink dress I could find .  She ate up every moment and had a ball, so she said.   She was so kind, a great sewer, crafty and loved her coffee!! Connie you were a GEM!  Now you are a shiny star in Heaven.  Please say hello to Dick (Doc) for me!  Rick & Boys my heart breaks for you and my sympathies extended.  Renee Visser

Connie & I are 1st cousins- born exactly 1 month apart.   Our families were together often for our early  years, until my Dad (Connie's Uncle Tom) moved us out to Colorado.   After that we saw each other during family vacations to Michigan every few years.   In later years we stayed in touch via emails, even if we didn't see each other too often.   She got to claim she was better, by virtue of being older & wiser (by that 1 month !);  naturally I claimed the height advantage !  But my memories of Connie remain unchanged- always a big smile, a ready laugh, and loving heart !  My wife Barb & I thank Rick, for his love in  sharing Connie's wonderful presence with so many !  We keep the whole family in our love & prayers- and trust that we 'll all see each other again someday at a wonderful reunion !
