William Ray Price, 82, of Hixson died Monday, December 12, 2022 at his home. He was born December 7, 1940 to the late Carl and Mary Price.

He was an avid gardener, who gardened year round. He enjoyed sharing from his gardens with family and friends. He enjoyed painting, and he loved Delta, the granddog.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Joyce Price, children, Vickie (LeBron) Dube and Michael (Alisa) Price, beloved granddaughter, Sommer (Chad) Thomas, he was a grandfather figure to Brianna White and Ethan White, great grandchildren, Kaeden Thomas and Brennan Thomas, sister, Catherine (James) Bentley and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 Tuesday, December 20 at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home from 12-2 Tuesday.
