I was so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I so enjoyed getting to know him over the past couple years with the Chattanooga model club. We bonded over our common background in St Louis, models of course and over stories of Global Hawks (my brother is a test pilot for the program) and Steve McQueen. I will truly miss him. He was always one of the first people I looked for at club functions and was a joy to know.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I'm just grateful to have been able to talk to Mike and Lois at the Grade School Reunion. My Prayers are with Lois and the entire Fiore Family.

I so sorry to hear about Mike, I was very happy that we got to talk at our grade school class reunion. Mike was always quiet but a great friend growing up. I am sure he is watching down on us. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Mike, although we lost touch many years ago, I still remember him well as a friend, wrestling teammate and an overall good guy.

Such wonderful wonderful pictures of just some of the many memories you and Mike shared...I am so sorry he left us so soon. Know how much I love you and Mike just as much. My peace is Mike is no longer suffering with what he was going through and he is now in the best place possible. Mike always look from  the heavens at Lois and I. You use to tell Lois and I to" stay out of trouble" when she and I would be heading out on one of our adventures. Mike you will be missed and always loved.

I was very saddened to learn that Mike Fiore passed away earlier this week.  He and I had been trading emails and a phone conversation only a couple of weeks ago.  Mike had called to explain his recent absence from the meetings. 
Mike was a true and humble giver.  Though sometimes reserved during our meetings he would often blossom up at our Logan's dinners.  All it would take would be a mention of either Steve McQueen or Global Hawk and Project Management.  Indeed, in our most recent e-mail exchange about the Navy standing up a squadron to operate their version of the Global Hawk Mike said, It makes me humble / honored to think that I was involved at the start of this effort. 
Though he was a relative recent member of our group, he pitched in with both hands.  He made a lot of our signs for the show as well as the ballot boxes.  Mike would work hard at the judging during our annual model convention.  Even more importantly, he on more than one occasion prepared and delivered presentations at our monthly meetings.  Just last month he contributed another article to our monthly newsletter.  He had been a member of the St Louis IPMS group that held the 1982 National Convention and indeed he and I had some of the same mementos from that occasion 35 years ago!  Mike Fiore you will be missed!
