Shirley, I recall with fondness enjoying dinner with my father Dan, my late mother Reba, Michael and you.  I was immediately struck by how Michael was such a kind and gentle soul in addition to being uber smart and having a deep love for our four legged friends - dogs.  

I share my father's and my deep sympathy.

Steven and I went to school with Michael and we both recall a kind person with a big smile who was so smart.  May he rest in peace.

I swam with Michael on the swim team in Hidden Harbor.  He was a great swimmer and everybody loved him! So saddened to hear of his death.  I will keep his family in my thoughts and prayers.

I have many loving memories of Michael growing up.  Playing soccer, riding our bikes and jumping on the trampoline.  I will never forget him playing Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield , over and over on his record player. Shirley, Chris, and family you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I knew Michael in high school and junior high. His father and my father worked together at TVA. One time, as fathers do, mine was bragging about my PSAT score to his friends at work. Michael's father said (probably after a proper "Good job!" was offered), "We just got a call yesterday, and Michael made the highest score in the state!" I was not surprised (although a bit embarrassed by our fathers). Mathematics was always especially easy for Michael. RIP, friend. Wish our dogs could have played together again at the dog park.

I met Mike and Tonka at the dog park. He was such of a gentle soul. Mike had the brightest smile and was always friendly and welcoming to me.
How lucky we all were to share this time with Mike! God bless you and keep you in his arms.

It is my privilege  to say Michael was my friend, in Steamboat Springs Colorado.  We went and did everything there, bike, hike, snow board, swam, camped, music, sushi, tennis, frisbee.  He was a high thinker...I am sending love to you, his Mother.

Your family is in our thoughts and prayers

I recall Michael from Hidden Harbor, Middle Valley Soccer and the Hixson School System. He was a bright student, good athlete and gentle person. The world is a little less bright today.

Rest in peace, Michael.  I'll miss your friendly wave and smile while walking Tonka.  My heart aches for your family.

My deepest sympathies for the loss of your family member, Mike.  He will be sorely missed at the dog park at Greenway Farms.  I will miss his smiling face and sweet spirit.  And his willingness to always help anyone if help were needed.
