Larry was a retired member of District #57 Boilermakers Local 454. He was a skilled and knowledgeable craftsman who took tremendous pride in his work and the work performed by the Boilermaker Craft. He was well respected by many as a Craft Superintendent, who led his craft with confidence while never sacrificing Safety or Quality, and always believed in 8 hours work for 8 hours paid. Larry’s goals in life were to work hard, play hard, better the craft in the eyes of the contractor & utilities in effort to attain additional work, promote safety, and quality on every job. Larry was a man you never had to wonder what he was thinking, he was never at a loss for words when it came to defending the craft or voicing his expectations. If he was a friend, you had a loyal friend and a brother for life. He would and did give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need.
His mother and his best friend, Marie Caldwell precedes him in death.
Larry was a man of God with many special family members and life-long friends left behind to cherish his memory. He will be greatly missed.
