He loved fishing and his dog, Duke.
Don was preceded in death by his daughter, Dena Lowery McNabb; grandson, Dalton McConathy; great-grandkids, Corbin Wallace, and Camron Wallace.
He is survived by his children, Michael Lowery, Saundra Mobbs, Dawn Jones, and Kim Lowery; grandkids, Mikey Lowery, Sheena Lowery, Sambo (Butch) Wallace, Haley Brewington, Dustin McConathy, Michael Classey, Matthew Classey, Cayla Holowman, Neekos Lowery, and Kameryn Jones, and 20 great- grandkids.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 1:00 PM in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
