She was born in Bristol, TN on March 16, 1936 and was the daughter of Austin Henry Roe and Daisy Jane Kathryn Jones Roe.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband Marvin A. Moore. She was a servant of the Lord to her family and many friends. Affectionately known as “Miss Billie” she loved gardening and the outdoors where she spent many hours talking to the Lord as she tended to her plants.
She is survived by her three children, Grady Allen Moore, Barbara Jean Marter and Bobby Joe Henson; grandchildren, Stacey Mavis and Katie Rogers; three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marilyn Willis, and brother-in-laws, Harold Moore and Carl Hubert Moore.
Visitation will be Friday October 11, from 12-2 p.m. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
