She was born in Dayton, TN., to the late Elisha Jacob "EJ" Bramlett and Mary Irene Bramlett. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Carson Newman College. She was a gifted piano player and teacher at Bryan College. Betty attended Signal Mountain Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, her husband, Ratus Mosley and a son, Michael Keene.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her son, James Edward Keene, her caregiver and special friend, Aundra Soto Collins, and her "adopted" son, Trey Plumlee.
A Celebration of Betty's Life will be held graveside with Min. Greg Nance officiating in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens on Saturday July 20, 2024 at 10:00 am where she will be laid to rest alongside her parents.
Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
