Myron is survived by his son Travis; his siblings Mary Pointer and James Simmons; his special great niece Crystal Bellomy and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Thelma Simmons, brother Richard Simmons and Barbara Bellomy.
Myron retired from the trucking industry. When he was younger he was a singer in a band and played the guitar.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, December 23, 2024 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road, Highland, Michigan 48356. The family will receive visitors from 3:00 pm until the time of service.
