She was born on March 5, 1940. Professionally, Judy dedicated many years as a secretary for an insurance agency.
Judy and her late husband Max shared a beautiful journey together since they married on October 24, 1959. They built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Their shared passions included playing bunco with neighbors, traveling, and especially enjoying cruises. They had unforgettable adventures in Mexico and Europe, creating memories that would last a lifetime. Throughout their years together, they were active members of their church community during their time spent living in Florida. One of Judy's greatest joys was spending time with her family at their cottage on Harsens Island and their condo in Bellaire.
Judy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Max Klanow, and her parents, Max and Rosemary Aurand. She is survived by her children, Robert Klanow, Brian (Lisa) Klanow, and Brenda (Larry) Liggett; her grandchildren, Kayla, Max, Reese, and Sloane; sister Barbara Lee (Tony) Ortiz; and nieces and nephews Kevin (Jerri) Ortiz, Keith Ortiz, Michelle Ortiz, and Chris (Cissy) Ortiz.
No services are scheduled for Judy at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
