Michael P. Duffy Sr.

Michael P. Duffy Sr., age 74, of Highland, IN passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017. He is survived by his two children: Michael (Lisa) Duffy Jr. and Karen (Jason) Barkley; six grandchildren: Morgan, Jake, Kelsie and Michael Duffy III, Autumn and Rylie Barkley; two brothers: Joseph (Judy) Duffy Jr. and Terry Duffy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Duffy was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen; and parents: Joseph Sr. and Loretto Duffy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, February 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at St. James the Less Catholic Church, 9640 Kennedy Ave., Highland, IN with Rev. Keith Virus officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ( wake service 3:00 p.m.) at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN.
