Mr. Robert Earl Teal Jr.

Mr. Robert Earl Teal Jr., 80, a former resident of High Point, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 24, 2023.

Robert was born in Bennettsville, SC on February 10 1943, a son of the late Earl Teal and Florence Chavis Teal.

Robert retired from the shipping department at Marsh Furniture and later worked for Allied Security.

He was a lifelong UNC Tarheel fan.

Robert was preceded in death by his brothers William (Bill) Teal and Dewey (DT) Teal, and his sister Sue Carol Steen.

He is survived by his niece and caregiver, Sherri Teal Soles; his daughter Dana Teal Jones; sisters-in-law Ruth Teal of Trinity and Janice Teal Smith of Winston-Salem; several nieces and nephews and two grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

A Graveside service will be held at Floral Garden Cemetery on Tuesday February 28, 2023 at 3:00 pm.
