Emma Cyrenthia Holden Locklear

Emma Cyrenthia Holden Locklear, age 69, of Kernersville, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Emma was born May 21, 1953 in High Point, North Carolina to the late Robert Troy Holden and Blondie Berniece Holbrooks Holden.

Emma was a woman who had a big beautiful heart. A beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Emma is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Charles Holden and Keith Holden.

Emma is survived by her husband of 49 years, Tom Locklear; son, Scottie Bailey; daughters, Angela Profitt and Tonia Cook and husband Bobby; grandchildren, Cody Locklear and wife Katie, Joel Profitt, Daniel Cook, Christian Cook, Sydni Bailey and Austin Bailey; great grandchildren, Kaelynne Profitt and Willow Locklear; brothers, Tim Holden and Larry Millikan; sisters, Susan Holden, Anne Holden and Donna Kiser.

A visitation for Emma will take place on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Sechrest-Davis Funerals of High Point. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 10:00am in the chapel of Sechrest-Davis Funerals of High Point; Pastor Sam Eaton officiating and Cody Locklear will deliver the eulogy.

Emma will be laid to rest in Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery, 1730 West English Road, High Point, North Carolina 27262.
