This is very sad news. I've known Rick since the seventies.  Working with him was always an honor, a privilege and a joy.  My deepest condolences to his family.  Rest easy, Sparks.

A great person and a great friend. Rick will be truly missed.

Worked with Rick over many years, he was proud of the work he did. Always  worked hard to do the best job. Rick had a great sense of humor and integrity. He was always looking out for people and just a kind person.

He was a good Union Man and always supported the Union Way of fairness and respect.
