Anthony was born in Jamaica, Queens on November 11th, 1935. He was a graduate of St. Monica’s Elementary School and Jamaica High School. He continued his education at St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, earning a degree in Theological Studies.
Anthony was a long-time and dedicated employee of the Long Island Railroad, retiring in 2000. A beloved family member, he is survived by brothers Mario and Philip, sisters-in-law Elvira and Kathy, and nieces and nephews Stephanie, Marcello, Bruno, Patrick and Julia.
Arrangements are with Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home at 125 W. Old Country Road in Hicksville, NY 11801 this Wednesday, August 28th, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 29th, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church located at 175 Wolf Hill Road in Melville, NY 11747.
