NEWTON – Jason Michael Williams, 38 of Newton passed away on May 24, 2021.
Jason was born on May 7, 1983 in Catawba County, he is the son of Gary Hefner and Tamera Krzeminski. Jason was full of life and had a million dollar smile. He loved his children and spending every minute he could with them. He enjoyed painting, cooking and sports.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Wade and Betty Gray, and uncle, Tony Gray; and brother in law, Kyle Kromka.
Survivors include his mother, Tamera Krzeminski; step-father, David Krzeminski; father, Gary Hefner; children, Jayden Williams, Carley Williams, Jayda Williams; his soul mate, Heather Hahn; brother, Shawn Williams; sisters, Jessica Hefner; Miranda Krzeminski; uncles, Michael Gray; David Gray, Kevin Gray and wife Erica; lifelong friends, David Sigmon, Willie Anderson, Shawn O’dell, Michael Fernandez, Lee Weaver, George, Julie, and Lauren Kromka; and numerous other family members.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 4 PM at Catawba Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3 PM – 4 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
