Janice Elizabeth Davis, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Born October 26, 1946 in Catawba County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Ollis and Ellen Louise Saulmon Ollis.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 58 years, Gary Dwight Davis Sr.; son, Gary Dwight Davis, Jr. and girlfriend Sheila Hodge of Granite Falls, NC; grandchildren, Sydney Davis of Boiling Springs, Katelyn Davis of Raleigh, Ashley Hodge of Hudson; and great-grandchildren, Hadley Bowman of Boiling Springs, Laela Hodge of Hudson and Cash Poythress of Hudson.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 12:00 pm in the Chapel of
Drum Funeral Home in Hickory. Pastor John Savage will officiate the service. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 12:00 prior to the service.
