Beulah Ann Pope Bolick, 87, of Taylorsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Frye Hospital. Born December 11, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Homer Pope and Lucy Viola Elliott Pope. Beulah worked as a machine operator in the textile industry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald William Bolick, brothers, Earl Pope, Marvin Pope, and Harold Pope; sisters, Margie Pope Chastine, and Jessie Mae Pope.
Beulah is survived by her son, Mark William Bolick of Taylorsville; daughter, Darlene Bolick Lowman of Connelly Springs; grandchildren, Paul Bolick, Kristen Bolick, Jeannie Ray, Cameron and Cole Lowman; great grandchildren, Rylee Rae Bolick, Layla Ann Bolick, Chase Ray, Dillon Ray, Peyton Werenczuk and Everley Lowman,Chloe Sellers and Austin Sellers, great great grandchid, Harrison Ray, brother, Ronald Pope of Belmont; and sisters, Trula Bryson, Vergie Jenkins, Jean Camp, Juanita Hilton, Rachel McGaha and Hazel Blackwelder.
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September3, 2024 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Hickory with Reverend Bradley Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Hickory.
A receiving of friends will be held from 2:00 – 2:45 pm prior to the service.
