Alice Schou Brock

NEWTON – Alice Schou Brock, 89 of Newton went home to be with her family on July 14, 2024 under Hospice Care surrounded by her loving and devoted family.

Born on September 2, 1934 in Copenhagen, Denmark to the late Ketty Vilhelmine Viola Schou and Olaf Jensen. Alice came to the United States with her husband Alfred Brock in the mid 50s. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and friend to all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Brock, 2 sisters and a daughter in law, Hanne Brock.

Left to cherish her memory, her children, Bende Trott and husband Dale, JJ Brock, Terry Collins, Judy Bashaw and husband Robert; grandchildren, Brendan Trott, Randy Trott, Jason Brock and wife Kendra, Mardell Monk, Meliza Monk, Alfred Bailey, Mason Beasley, Shantell Bashaw, Larissa Bashaw; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
