Juana Del Carmen Ortiz Mendoza was born in Nicaragua on February 3, 1939 to parents Manuel and Francisca. Juana completed her earthly duties on September 1, 2021, passing away at the age of age 82.
In Honor of her Life, the family will be having a Visitation for Juana on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. until 1:00 A.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010.
Juana will be laid to rest on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West Cemetery, 14001 N.W. 178 Street, Miami, Florida, 33018.
