Jose is survived by his spouse, Magaly E. Baluja; daughter Maggie B Aguila; son-in-law Hector Aguila; son Jose L Baluja; daughter-in-law Beth Baluja; brother Jorge A Baluja; sister-in-law Maria Baluja; brother Jesus M Baluja; sister-in-law Leticia Baluja; brother Julio M Baluja; sister-in-law Judith Baluja; brother Miguel Angel Baluga; grandsons Bret Aguila, Braden Aguila, Nicolas Baluja, and Adrian Baluja.

A visitation for Jose will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A committal service will occur Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West, 14001 Northwest 178th Street, Miami, FL 33018.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to be made to St Jude children's Research Hospital of Miami.
