I just found out about Debby.  I am so sorry for your loss.  In the summer of 1987 I was a nanny for the Steinberg Family.  An experience I hold very close to my heart.  I learned so many things from Debby and she helped me through some personal rough times that year.  G-d put me in the right place at the right time with the right person.   

She was simply a wonderful, sweet and amazing person.  Thank you for sharing her.

I am truly saddened to have to extend my condolences to the loved ones of Professor Steinberg. 
 Debby worked as a professor at CNR during the time that I was a student there. Although I never had the pleasure of taking one of her courses, we did cross paths whenever she would come to my office in need of help with navigating her online grade book lol. It was always my pleasure to help her, as she always made me feel so important in my little position as a student tech.  I will never forget the times that she sat and meditated with me when I told her about my anxiety toward my future plans or the encouraging texts that she would send me when I updated her about my newest ventures in life. Debby is truly the epitome of a beautiful person, inside and out. One of the last things that we texted about was having a lunch date when I come back to NY from my school break, we never got to have that lunch date and that is one of my deepest regrets.  May it bring comfort to you all to know that her beautiful being is no longer in a state of suffering. 

To Debbie's family:  I have many great and fond memories of Debbie and I hanging out together in Fredericton, New Brunswick.  We had known each other since Elementary School and through to High School where we went our separate ways after graduation.  I am saddened to hear of her death.  May God Bless you, her family.

I wish to extend my deepest condolences to Terry, and to Debby's beautiful children and grandchildren.  Debby was my childhood best friend, or,  as lovers of Lucy Montgomery's 'Anne of Green Gables', we would say, bosom friends or kindred spirits. We swore an oath of friendship for life over a blue cardboard make-believe brook. So I am saddened to know that I failed to keep my oath and lost touch with such a dear friend. But there is comfort in the photos of her life.   I was privy to her deepest childhood dreams and aspirations and believe that she achieved them all.

I grew up with Debby in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She was a real good friend.We attended Camp Kadimah together for years and coming from a small town we all stuck together.We lost touch over the years but memories live on forever. I did not know Debby’s New York family but please know I send my deepest condolences  to you all. May she Rest In Peace.

A piece of my heart broke off today when I found out that Debby passed. I am a cousin from the Levine side and although we lost touch years ago, I will always remember her as the most wonderful person. We grew up together in Fredericton loving Barry Manilow  & counting the days until we could leave for parts unknown.  Rest now my dear friend, you will never be forgotten because you will always be loved.

To the loving family of my dear friend Debbie, please accept my most sincere condolences. Although, I knew Debbie for such a short period of time, it was an absolute pleasure working alongside her at Lenox Hill Hospital. She was a kind hearted, gentle soul. She brought so much positivity to everyone she came in contact with and lit up every room she entered with her contagious smile. Her loss is a great one to this earth however her impact will be forever remembered. 

So sorry to hear of cousin Debbie's passing. So many memories of our childhood growin up in Fredericton.  Thinking of all the family at this difficult time.
