Rosario Acosta Garcia

Rosario Acosta Garcia, 94, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away on February 25, 2022. Rosario was born on January 28, 1928 to Matias & Cirila Acosta in Cagayan, Philippines. She married Flor Laciste in 1947, going on to have 3 children, Virgilio, Samuel and Rosaflor. She dedicated her life to being a wonderful mother. Rosario excelled at supporting them through the many passions and challenges of their lives. Whether that was supporting neighbors or serving members through church, she made it her mission to improve the lives of others. Rosario was a passionate saint and when she wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her car working and serving others. We’ve all inherited a piece of her that will live on forever. We will miss her greatly.

A visitation for Rosario will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 11, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. A committal service will occur Friday, March 11, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015.
