On April 23rd, 2021, Raul Velasquez, father of 6 children, passed away at age 67.
Raul was born on July 22, 1953 in San Diego, CA to Esperanza Munoz and Feliz Velasquez. He received his Associate of Arts degree in Social Services/Psychology from Southwestern College. He also served in United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Raul had a passion for music. He loved to play the drums and to dance. He was a frequent spectator of local live music. He was a kind, friendly, fun and happy man with an infectious smile.
He is survived by his children Mireya, Raul Andres, Yara, Juan Carlos, Raul Junior, and Annichelle and 11 grandchildren.
