Pearl S. Yeoman, age 75, of Pahrump, Nevada passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024. Pearl was born the oldest of nine children on April 15, 1948 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At an early age the family relocated to to Henderson, Nevada. Pearl was raised in Henderson with her siblings and graduated from Basic High School in 1966. After high school, Pearl continued her education for the next couple of years, and started her family.
On November 4, 1978, Pearl married the love of her life, Jimmie Jack Yeoman at a private civil wedding. Together the young couple would embarque on a journey that would span over the next 45 years. They were blessed with three sons, and as their families grew; four grandchildren.
Pearl was a loving, compassionate and caring mother, who lived her life for her family and her home. while her children were growing up; she was their greatest cheerleader and the ultimate sports mom. She was actively involved in all of their activities from soccer, track, cross country, wrestling, teeball, baseball and football; as well as the neighborhood sports mom. When she wasn't involved and attending events for her own children, she was supporting her community; volunteering with the Boy's Club, the PTA, Camp 365 in Big Bear, California, and enjoying time with her family at Duck Creek.
To help support her family, Pearl also held working positions within her community. She worked with the phone company, Levi Strauss, before working in her career with Good Humor Breyers as an Payroll Manager.
Once her husband retired, Pearl eventually retired herself to spend more time with her family and friends. Pearl and Jimmie settled in Pahrump, Nevada where they enjoyed the quiet life. She and Jimmie did a lot of traveling in their RV to many places around the country; but what she enjoyed most was their trips along the coastline and beaches of Oregon and California. She also loved to her shopping, playing Bingo, and spending quiet hours crocheting and watching movies.
Pearl was the true matriarch of her family, and lived her live to the fullest. She was generous and kind, and has a smile that could warm your heart; and she made sure that her home was always filled with love and life. She will be truly missed.
Pearl was preceded in death by her mother, Caroline Jaramillo; and her siblings: Joe Jaramillo, Jenny Marlatt, Anna Marie Davis, Louis Jaramillo, Betty Rowe, Dewey Jaramillo; her grandmother, Lucaria Martinez. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Jack Yeoman; sons: Michael Yeoman (Mandy), James Yeoman, and Lucas Yeoman; her sister, Loretta Villas; her brother, Steven Jaramillo; and her four grandchildren: Nichole Yeoman, Jake Yeoman, McKenzie Yeoman, and Tyler Yeoman.
A memorial service for Pearl will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015.
