James Joseph Clark, 77, of Henderson, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013. He was born Oct. 2, 1935, in Chicago, and was a 15-year resident of Nevada. James served in the U.S. Army and was a retired general foreman for the city government. James is survived by his wife, Michaelene "Mickie" Clark; daughter, Lisa Ann (Guillermo) Lopez; son, James B. Clark; daughter, Jayne Marie (David) Cathey, all of Henderson; brother, Bartholomew Clark; sister, Jane (Robert) Liska of North Caroline; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway. Graveside services will be at noon Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City.
