William Harold Sessions, Jr. passed away peacefully on December 5, 2020 at home in Hemet, California. Bill was born February 25, 1935 in Alhambra, California to Eunice and William Sessions. The family later moved to Santa Ana, California. Bill graduated from Santa Ana High School in 1954. He briefly attended Fullerton Junior College where his career in the Engineering field began. On August 2, 1957, he married the love of his life Ethelrose “Janie” Raff. They were blessed with 61 wonderful years together.
Bill was a Fabricator/Engineer most of his career. He worked for Beckman Instruments, Vivian Industries and retired in 1995 from Nu-West Fabrication. Bill and Janie called Santa Ana, Corona and Crestline home for many years and in 1997 retired to Hemet to be near family.
Bill enjoyed woodworking, camping, RVing, traveling, watching movies, playing board games and spending time with family. Bill and Janie danced with Silver Bells and Swinging B’s Square Dance Clubs. Bill was an adventurous soul, hardworking, humorous, fun-loving and a very compassionate mane who will be missed dearly.
Bill is survived by his children Deborah Slininger, Judy Schultz, Sarah McComas and Alex Sessions. 10 grandchildren Stacy, Steffany, Bryan, Adam, Ericka, Joshua, Emily, Jakob, Morgan and Claire and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Miller Jones in Hemet. Graveside Dedication will be held at Loma Vista Memorial Park in Fullerton, California on Friday, December 11, 2020.
