SrA Ryan Christopher Barkley was born the son of Raymond Barkley and Victoria Haddock on 20 October 1991, in Hemet, California. He graduated from Hemet High School in 2009. SrA Barkley entered the United States Air Force on 29 November 2011. He graduated basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas in January 2012, and graduated Integrated Avionics Communication and Navigation Mission Systems technical school at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, in August 2012. SrA Barkley was assigned to Hurlburt Field, Florida, on 22 August 2012 as a member of the 1st Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, where maintained the Air Force's only AC-130U Gunship fleet. SrA Barkley is survived by his mother, Victoria Haddock; his father, Raymond Barkley; his brothers, Lucas Doyle, Roman Barkley, Andris Barkley, and Easton Barkley; and his sisters Delaney Doyle, and Ashlee Barkley.
