Lynell Palmer was born on September 21st, 1952, to Carmen H. King and Howard H Smith.
Lynell came to the US in 1972 after marrying Air Force sergeant Herbert Lee Palmer. She began her military career in the Air National Guard and switched over to the Air Force Reserve from which she retired honorable after achieving the rank of Master sergeant.
She is survived by her five children. Derrick H. Palmer, Herbert L. Palmer Jr., Nicole H. Jones, Zolika L. Palmer, Azaliah C. Palmer, and grandmother to many.
Funeral services will be on Friday, June 5th from 4:30 pm to 8 pm at Miller-Jones Mortuary and Crematory with Bishop John Thomas officiating.
