Jovita Uy Yu passed away at the age of 63, on Sunday, December 15, 2024, in Hemet, California. She was born to Eng Yu and Nenita Uy, on Wednesday, February 22, 1961, in Leyte, Philippines. Jovita was one of six children.
Jovita was an amazing sister and a caring aunt to her nieces. She was a dedicated business owner. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, planting, baking, and diy crafts. Her love for her family was immeasurable.
Jovita is survived by her two sisters, Josefina Tan and Judith Yu; her brother, Carlito Yu; her nephew, Mikey; her nieces, Justine, Jovilee, Jodesha, and Abby.
