James entered into life on Monday, November 22, 1937 in Morgantown, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Austin Peter Lambert and Florence Glendora(Johns) Lambert. He was the husband of Carla (Cox ) Lambert.
James served his country in the United States Air Force for 30 years and retired as a CMSgt. He enjoyed spending time at his home in Lake Havasu where he loved boating and riding his seadoo. He also liked his desert rides on his quad. He had a never ending love for animals especially his puppies whom he cherished.
Surviving is Wife, Carla Lambert from California. Grandchildren; Gary Lambert Jr., Stephen Lambert, Kalani, James III, and Anita. Stepson Mike Dickson from Alabama. Great Granddaughter Drayleen Lambert, Jack Austin, Evan, Garrett, Kaymen, Payton, and Marcelina. Sister Sarah Yost from Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his two sons Gary Lambert and James Lambert Jr.
Come say goodbye to Jimmy on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Miller-Jones Mortuary located at 23618 Sunnymead Blvd, Moreno Valley, California. from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, With a service to follow at 12:00 PM.
Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA 92518 at 2:01pm.
Following the interment the family invites you to join them for a luncheon at the American Legion Post #574 13816 Old 215 Frontage Road 92553.
