Donald Leon Dodd 77 of Hemet, California passed away on Wednesday December 28, 2016, in Hemet, California. He was born on Tuesday, January 10, 1939 in Crestline, Ohio to the late John and Delora Dodd. He was married to Marilynn Rose Dodd for 28 wonderful years. Donald worked in several professions throughout his life from accountant to truck driver carrying Andy Warhol art all over the nation. His passion however was golf he loved the game and worked at The Colony and Bear Creek golf course to help pay for his passion. Don was known to put the "fun in fun" in everything he did, a man of great passion and love for people. He and Lynn loved to swing dance and have a party for every occasion. His presence with us will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Marilynn Dodd of Hemet, stepdaughter Cathy Kiaha, son-in-law Terry Allen, sister-in-law Janice Dodd, nephew Richie Dodd and wife Pam, niece Micki Roscalvo and husband Bruce, granddaughter Nicole Galli and close friend and caregiver Cindy Hathaway. Memorial Service to held at Miller-Jones Mortuary 1/15/2017 at 2:00pm
