On Sunday, June 12th 2022, Billy Jackson passed away at the age of 81. The world has lost a great husband, father and his favorite roll “papa”. Billy was born in Oklahoma to Kermit and Jeanette Jackson on, October 24th 1940. In 1956, he met the love of his life, Paulette Gomes. They were together for 66 wonderful years. He lived most of his life in San Diego where he worked at UCSD for 30 years. Billy Jackson is survived by his loving wife, Paulette Jackson; daughters, Michelle Lane and Kimberly McMahon; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
