James Tilzer died peacefully September 4, 2023 after a long illness at the age of 84. He leaves behind his wife Ellen, his sons, Brian and Andrew, and daughter Katherine Simon, daughters-in-laws Lisa Valensi and Elizabeth Baldwin and son-in-law David Simon, grandchildren Jackson, Joseph, Nicole, Joshua, Gregory, Maggie and Lily and granddogs, Jersey, Dez, Lula and Bella. He will be in our hearts forever.
Services at Riverside Memorial Chapel, Mt. Vernon, September 7, 2023, 12:00pm . Burial will follow immediately at Mt. Pleasant cemetery in Hawthorne, NY
