Virginia Kay Roberts Boyd

Services for Virginia Kay Roberts Boyd, 70, will be at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 20, 2022, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive guests beginning at 1:00 P.M. prior to the service.

Virginia was born in Bethany, MO on April 26, 1951, to parents, William Floyd Roberts and Arlene Marie McCarl Roberts and passed away on March 8, 2022, following a courageous battle with lung cancer.

Virginia loved keeping her yard beautiful and tending to her flower gardens. They were top priority! She also cherished her neighbors and while employed loved her co-workers at K-Mart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Ivey’s. Virginia will be deeply missed.

Virginia is preceded in death by her father, William Roberts; mother, Arlene Roberts; brother, Edward Lee Roberts; and daughter, Cynthia Renee’ Wallace. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Tammy Lynn Torres; sister, Jessie Ashley and husband David; brother, Michael Floyd Roberts; along with her grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.
