Rosemary was a very intelligent and motivated woman having acquired a Bachelor’s Degree and her Master’s Degree. For several years she worked as an educator teaching in Omaha, Nebraska. After relocating to Bossier City, Louisiana, she taught at Queensboro Elementary and one year in Minden, Louisiana. One of her favorite past times was making jewelry and giving it to family and friends.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her mother, Rosemary Larson; and her daughter, Christina Gayle Baker Gaspard. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 51 years, Lyle Baker; father, Norman Larson; sister, Nancy Weise; brothers, Richard Larson and wife Louise, and Duane Larson; her grandson, Michael Gaspard, Jr. and wife Autumn; and one great-granddaughter, Lainey Weaver.
A memorial service to celebrate Rosemary’s life will take place at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park.
