Graveside services for Patricia Dodson, 65, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Hill Crest Memorial Park, with Rev. Gevan Spinney officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday July 2, 2012 at Hill Crest Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dodson was born November 17, 1946 to Carl and Doris Driever in Shreveport, and entered into rest June 30, 2012 in Bossier City. She was a longtime resident of Haughton, and former owner of Dodson Transport.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry L. Dodson, father, Carl W. “Jack” Driever; brother, Rex Dean Driever; and grandson, Jacob Luke Dodson.
Survivors include her mother, Doris P. Driever; two sons, Loyd Dodson and wife Tena; David Dodson; two grandchildren, Lacey and Ruffin Dodson; niece, Deana D. Summerhill; numerous family and friends.
