Bobby Lee "Papa" Staggs

Bobby was born in Stephan’s, Arkansas, January 15, 1941, to the proud parents Willie and Mattie Staggs.

After high school, Bobby decided to serve his country and joined the United States Army.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 39 years, Vickie Staggs; children, Emily Cannon, Evelynn Cannon, Sierra Williams, Angelique Williams, Tammy Williams, Bobby Williams, Christina Corona, Jennifer Capetillo, Bobbie Lee Davis, and Annie Davis; 31 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by his sons-in-law, Johnny Davis, Carlos Corona, Rudy Capaetillo, and Daniel Davis; sister-in-law, Carolyn Bowers; brother, Jimmy Staggs; and special friends, Amber and Daniel Ferriera.

Serving as Pallbearers are Cory Coffman, Carlos Corona, Cameron Staggs, and Johnny Davis.

Bobby was known to all who loved him as Papa, he was surrounded by his loved ones all the time. We know he is in heaven looking down on us with love that never dies. Forever loved and missed. Emily and Evelynn love you Papa!

Services in his honor will begin with a visitation on Tuesday, November 8th, from 5-7 pm at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be on Wednesday, November 9th at Hill Crest Memorial Park at 2:00 pm.
