Willie Lawrence Capps age 81 of Speedwell, TN was born July 24, 1930 and went to his heavenly home March 19, 2012. HE was preceded in death by his loving wife Francie Geneva Capps, father and mother, Tom and Mamie Pierce Capps; son, Arlie Capps; grandson, Rick Wayne Miracle JR; sons-in-law, David Burl Gent, Rick Miracle SR and Wayne Anders; brother, George Capps; sisters, Milda Pierce, Alice Heck, Opal Miracle and Ellen Tolliver. He was a member of Speedwell Freewill Baptist Church and was a Deacon for over 20 years.
He is survived by his children: Peggy (John) Wilson of Harrogate, TN

Tammy (Will) Anders of Oliver Springs, TN
