Bill Hatmaker

Bill Hatmaker, 81 of Speedwell, TN born November 30, 1939 went home to be with the Lord on June 3, 2021. Bill loved spending time with his family, fishing with his son and working in his garden. Bill spent most of his career working in the mining industry. He was a member of Haynes Flat Baptist Church.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife Lena Hatmaker, his parents Ruby and Conley Hatmaker and his brother Jerry Hatmaker. He leaves behind his children who loved him dearly, daughter Dee and David Nicholas (Monroeville, PA); son Greg Hatmaker (Blaine, TN), Carla and Brooklyn; brother Kenny and Charlene Hatmaker; sister-in law Hannah Hatmaker, nephews Jerry Lee Hatmaker and family; Carlos Hatmaker and family. He is also survived by his special family members Brenda, Dan, Christopher, and Madeline Graves; Sheree, John, Andrea Schneider, Deborah, Jared and Ethan Treece and a host of other friends and family.

The family will receive friends Sunday, June 6, 2021 from 2-4 pm at Coffey’s Funeral Home, Harrogate, TN. The funeral services will follow at 4 pm. Reverends Mike Humfleet and KoJack Graves officiating. Interment will be Monday, June 7, 2021 at 10 am at the Carr Cemetery, Speedwell, TN.
