He was born on January 20, 1988 in North Carolina and was the son of Carl and Barbara Martin Mills of Kings Mountain, NC.
Brandon enjoyed music and singing. He was of the Pentecostal faith and had been employed in the food service industry.
On August 26, 2021, he married the former Amber Dean, who survives.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by his children, Hayden Mills of Kings Mountain, NC, Joshua and Jordan Dean both of Harrisonburg, Taylan Brazee of Woodstock and Kolten Mills of Harrisonburg; a brother, Stephen Mills of Kings Mountain, NC; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles including Dusty and Diane Mills, Janice Martin and William, and Steven Stanley; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Teresa Dean and Ernest Charles Dean, Jr. of Mt. Sidney; brother-in-law, Kenneth Liskey; sisters-in-law Britney Mongold of Elkton and Crystal Sutherly of Harrisonburg; his godmother, Samantha McKinney of North Carolina.
