Born September 5, 1939 in New Cumberland; she was the daughter of the late John and Olgie (Sturm) Snoderly.
Surviving is her husband of 24 years, Samuel Rosenberger; two daughters, Stacey Schell and Denise Stump and husband, Joseph; two grandchildren, Allison Schiefer and husband Kevin and Jordan Stump; two great-grandchildren, Avery and Cameron Schiefer; stepdaughter, Beth Riggan and husband, Scott; stepson, Brad Rosenberger and wife Cindy; step-granddaughter, Veda Riggan; and sister, Janice Willis.
Jo was a retired office manager for the PA Council on the Arts after 30 years of service.
Jo loved spending time with her family, trips to the Casino, and going to her children and grandchildren sporting events. Jo loved her yearly trip to Ocean City MD with her husband and she was an avid animal lover.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 23, 2022 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be from 10:00 AM Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, 7790 Grayson Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17111.
