Harlingen, Texas- Steve Anguiano, 49, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 5, 2015. He was a Desert Storm Veteran, Calvary Scout and Rank Spc. E4. He was employed by the United States Postal Service for the last 20 years.
He is preceded in death by his father; Santiago Anguiano Jr., and grandfather; Santiago Anguiano Sr.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Maria Estella Anguiano. Mother; Adelaida Anguiano. Children; Michael Anthony Anguiano, Ryan Todd Snyder (Jennifer Snyder), Davina Lee Anguiano (T.C. Trujillo), Jennifer Lynn Snyder. Brothers; Sam Anguiano, Jim Anguiano (Liz). Sister; Angie Gonzales (Adam). Grandchildren; Sergio, Michael, Mia, Mikaela, JD, Emmie, Devin.
Visitation will be held today, Thursday, January 8, 2015, beginning at 1 p.m. and will continue until 9 p.m., with recitation of the holy rosary to begin at 7 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel. A Mass will be held at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Harlingen on Friday, January 9, 2015, at 10 a.m., interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, Texas at 1 in the afternoon.
